Greet customers warmly and understand their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate Apple products with in-depth knowledge of features, specifications, and benefits.
• Provide comparisons between Apple models and competitor products when needed.
• Assist customers with product selection, configuration, and purchase decisions.
• Explain the Apple ecosystem (iCloud, Apple ID, AppleCare+, Continuity features, etc.).
• Keep up-to-date with all Apple product launches, updates, and promotions.
