Appian Lead 8+ Years Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Appian applications
Architect and optimize complex workflows, integrations, and process automations
Mentor and guide junior Appian developers; conduct code reviews and quality checks
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Oversee deployments, documentation, and adherence to Appian best practices
Ensure performance tuning, security standards, and application scalability

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Appian development (mandatory)
Strong expertise in Appian SAIL, expression rules, records, interfaces, and process models
Experience with Appian integrations, REST APIs, and Appian RPA
Working knowledge of Java, SQL, Python, or similar technologies
Prior experience in leading teams and managing Appian delivery
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
