Role Overview: You will be joining as a Senior developer, Lead Developer at WNS-Vuram to optimize and expand the use of the Appian platform across various business functions. Your role will involve leading initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and oversee the design, development, and implementation of projects in Appian. - Conduct requirement gathering and analysis. - Develop robust Integrations with peripheral systems, middleware, and applications. - Design Data Models and define architectural & development standards. - Perform code reviews, troubleshoot problems, and ensure quality delivery. - Mentor a team of developers, drive continuous improvement, and manage stakeholder relationships. - Drive innovation in Appian, leverage new technologies, and enhance service delivery. - Hands-on experience with Appian key capabilities and database concepts. - Estimate projects, optimize application performance, and create technical specifications. - Manage Appian upgrade process, lead User Acceptance Testing, and perform Application deployments. - Work with on-shore or off-shore teams, oversee infrastructure set up, and participate in sprint ceremonies. Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related fields. - 6 to 10+ years of Total experience with 4-5 years in Appian development. - 1-2 years of experience in leading a development team. - Experience in J2EE platforms, .Net platforms, and RDBMS platforms. - Logical and analytical reasoning ability, good team player. - Fluent English communication skills and flexibility to travel. Required Skills: - Knowledge of GenAI, AI, RPA, IDP, DevOps, Process Mining tools. - Working knowledge of Networks and OS platforms. - Appian Senior/Lead Developer Certification. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams. Preferred Skills: - Previous leadership role in IT consulting services. - Project Management experience and understanding of User Experience (UX) concepts. - Certified in agile framework and scrum methodology. - Experience in Low Code / No Code Development in technologies like Mendix, Out Systems.
