Join us as an APJ Regional Partner Manager in our Telecom Systems Business (TSB) Strategic Partnership team to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact. As the APJ Regional Partner Manager, you will be a key leader driving the success of our strategic partners in the APJ region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Product to execute joint regional Go-To-Market plans with Network Equipment Providers (NEPs), Cloud Platforms, ISVs, and Hardware partners. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing executive relationships with these partners to ensure alignment between partners and TSB sales and Go-To-Market teams. You will serve as an ambassador for the TSB Strategic Partnerships team, driving measurable impact with our partners to ensure TSB's success in APJ. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and executing APJ partner strategy in alignment with Strategic Partnership leaders across NEPs, Cloud & ISVs, and Hardware partners, as well as EMEA TSB Sales leadership. - Being a member of APJ's TSB sales leadership team, representing our strategic partners in the region. - Driving account mapping and engagement between key partners and TSB sales teams to ensure continued alignment as you jointly pursue accounts. - Creating and managing regional executive relationships with key partners to maximize Dell TSB's mindshare and preference within our partners and drive growth for TSB's product portfolio. - Executing regional activities such as joint marketing campaigns, events, etc., with strategic partners to increase TSB revenue and pipeline. - Managing day-to-day engagements between partners and Dell field teams on customer opportunities, including conflict resolution and escalation management. - Demonstrating a growth mindset and self-starter attitude to thrive in a rapidly expanding business unit focused on positioning Dell Technologies as a leader in 5G infrastructure technology. - Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Alliances or partnering companies. - Effectively communicating Dell Technology's Telco strategy and the Strategic Partnership strategy to internal and external stakeholders through compelling internal and external communications. Requirements: - Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, including Partner management experience, ideally within a business development or sales-facing role in collaboration with major Network Equipment Providers. - Solid telecom market and product knowledge in APJ, with a detailed understanding of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) landscape. - Knowledge of the Telco Partner Ecosystem, including NEPs, ISVs, Cloud Providers, Hardware vendors, and Global System Integrators. - Experience and understanding of the business model and complexity of various partner organizations to support Dell's TSB strategy effectively. - Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and field teams. Desirable Requirements: - 7+ years of demonstrated success in business/market development, product management, or partner management. - Knowledge of Dell's TSB product portfolio and experience working with strategic NEPs partners (Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung).
