As a Technical Delivery Manager at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex technical projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements - Utilizing Jira and Jira Advanced Roadmap to track project progress, dependencies, and resource allocation - Implementing and monitoring DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, Time to Restore Service) to measure and improve delivery performance - Facilitating effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and dependencies - Driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies - Conducting regular status reporting and stakeholder updates - Mentoring team members and promoting best practices in project delivery Your profile should include: - Advanced proficiency with Jira and Jira Advanced Roadmap - Experience implementing and tracking DORA metrics to improve delivery performance - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience with Apigee analytics, monetization, and developer portal - Hands-on experience with Apigee policy creation using JavaScript, Python, and custom callouts - Experience integrating Apigee with IAM solutions and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Cloud Build - Proven track record of successful technical project delivery At Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career with a range of career paths and internal opportunities within the Capgemini group.
