Job Description

In this role as a QA Automation Engineer at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to utilize your 4+ years of expertise in API and Rest Assured to contribute to our Testing team. Your primary responsibilities will include the following: - Proven experience in developing framework for both web and API testing. - Ability to create and maintain test scripts within automation frameworks. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and in-sprint automation practices. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java for web automation. - Strong experience in API automation using Rest Assured. - Expertise in BDD frameworks utilizing Cucumber. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the QA domain. - Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. - Effective communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems is advantageous.
