Job Description

Job Title:

API Testing engineer

Experience: 3 - 10 Years

Work Location:

Bangalore / Pune / Kolkata

We are looking for an experienced

API Tester

with strong hands-on experience in

API Testing

and

ReadyAPI

. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of APIs using ReadyAPI or similar tools.
Design and execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure API quality across environments.
Work closely with developers and QA teams to validate API functionality, performance, and security.
Prepare detailed test reports and communicate results clearly.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in
API Testing
using
ReadyAPI
(or equivalent tools).
Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
Good knowledge of testing methodologies and defect tracking processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
