Life Insurance domain

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with the business to understand and document requirements in the Life Insurance domain.
  • Analyze business processes and provide suggestions for process/system improvements.
  • Translate business requirements to technical specifications for the development team.
  • Validate and test deliverables to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth policy administration and servicing processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain (new business, policy servicing).

  • Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and capture detailed requirements.

  • Knowledge of Ingenium Policy Administration System is preferred.

  • Technical knowledge of PL/SQL is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to provide value-add suggestions for process/system improvements.
