A. Strong Hands-on Automation Developer

  • 9+ years in

    Selenium Automation

  • Mandatory:

    Selenium with C#

  • Strong coding skills

B. Expertise in API Automation

  • Using tools like:
    • RestSharp (C# ecosystem)
    • RestAssured (Java but C# equivalent also accepted)
    • POSTMAN + Newman
    • Swagger usage
  • Able to create complete

    API automation frameworks

C. Framework Building & Maintenance

Candidate must be able to explain:

  • Hybrid/TestNG/NUnit/POM frameworks
  • Architecture design
  • CI/CD integration
  • Versioning using GitHub
  • Reusable component creation

D. SQL Hands-on

  • Joins
  • Subqueries
  • Validation queries for backend checks

E. CI/CD & DevOps Exposure

  • Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions
  • Running automated pipelines

F. Individual Contributor

  • No dependency one who can:
    • Plan automation
    • Design
    • Code
    • Execute
    • Demo to clients
    • Maintain scripts
