APC/RTO Chemical Engineers

As a Chemical Engineer at Yokogawa, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced solutions for process industries such as Oil Refineries, Petrochemicals, and Fertilizers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Being fundamentally strong in chemical engineering to handle assignments related to APC, OTS, RTO, ERTO, and Blending, focusing on process and utility optimization. - Leading engineering activities for APC Pretest, PID tuning, DCS logic creation, FDS preparation, Step test, model building, and commissioning. - Modeling and implementing APC in various industrial process units using software like SMOC/PACE, RMPTC, DMCplus, Unisim, or any other simulation tool. - Ensuring the successful completion of design reviews, FAT with customers, implementation, SAT, and post-audit in the areas of APC. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/Masters in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering. - 5-15 years of experience in Advance Solution with hands-on experience in APC, RTO, Simulation, and Blending in process industries. - Preferably experience in the Hydrocarbon processing industry. This role may require 45-55% travel based on job needs.
