WG Pricing Margin Control Pricing and Margin control, Analysis and Presentation to Business Deploy monthly reviews for profitability (fully allocated) by Product Line and track adherence of action plan Track and deploy pricing action and commercial policies as per plan. Consolidate and execute Business discussions: Monthly Closures Planning Scenarios Best Estimates SBP Review and consolidate Reserves, campaigns AMS Control Pricing and Margin Control Deployment and adherence to commercial policies schemes Coordinate for regular and one time support (RR, CN, Bonus/ Malus) Review Sub-regional results for Planning and Actual Scenarios (PL, BS, CF) Business discussions: Weekly Sales Calls Monthly Closures Planning Scenarios Best Estimates SBP SGA Control Consolidate SGA for the region, compute variances for Actuals vs Planning Scenario and Prior Year Consolidate and upload the planning scenarios Align with Global guidelines and deploy targeted actions Work closely with Sub-regional controllers to keep cost under control and timely actions are executed
