As an AP Associate/Senior Associate in Pune, your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all proposals are created on time to meet local bank cutoff - Working with Invoice processing team to fix all process related issues to ensure invoices are paid on time - Regular follow-up with vendors to update bank details in vendor master data - Timely processing of rejection cases to ensure vendors are paid on time - Clearing GL of all outgoing entries daily and ensuring all items are cleared before month end You should be flexible with shift timings.
