Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and manage Qlik Sense servers and environments.
Perform routine monitoring, tuning, and maintenance of the Qlik Sense platform.
Implement security protocols, including user management, role assignments, and data governance.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of the Qlik Sense environment.
Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to Qlik Sense software and server infrastructure.
Oversee integration of data sources with Qlik Sense from various databases, APIs, and data warehouses.
Manage data connections, schedule data reloads, and troubleshoot data refresh issues.
Provide technical support to users and resolve issues related to Qlik Sense dashboards and applications.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving application or performance-related issues.
Train business users on best practices and optimal use of Qlik Sense tools.
Monitor user access and data permissions to ensure data protection and compliance with organizational policies.
Regularly audit the system for vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to support business intelligence initiatives.
Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
