Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ANM Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ANM Nurse will assist in providing basic nursing care to patients, support doctors and senior nurses, and ensure the highest standards of patient hygiene, safety, and comfort.

Requirements

ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) Nursing qualification from a recognized institute.
Valid Nursing Council registration.
Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Caring, patient, and professional attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and wound dressing.
Assist in daily activities like patient bathing, feeding, and mobility.
Support doctors and senior nurses during patient examinations and minor procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas.
Keep accurate records of patient care and report changes to supervisors.
Educate patients and families on basic health and hygiene practices.
Follow infection control guidelines and hospital protocols.
Assist in immunization and community health programs if required.
Respond to patient needs promptly and with compassion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
