Animator

As a Creative Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design materials for digital and print formats, ensuring accurate usage of company branding assets such as colors and fonts. You will be tasked with developing high-quality animations and expressive images and videos for clients, collaborating with other creatives to deliver compelling visual content. Your expertise will be crucial in advising best practices throughout design projects, identifying common errors in design and animation processes, and working with various media and software tools. Managing multiple projects within specified design parameters and budget constraints will be essential, along with adhering to voice and messaging guidelines for animated pieces. Your ability to accept and incorporate feedback to align deliverables with the brand at every stage of the project will also be key to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, 3D animation, or a related creative field, or possess three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Maya is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a minimum of two years of animation experience, attention to detail, and a blend of analytical, technical, and artistic abilities are essential. Your time management and organizational skills will be put to the test as you navigate layouts, animation fundamentals, special effects, and typography across both print and digital media.
