As an animator and illustrator at our company, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence through creative designs and animations. Your passion for animation and illustrations, coupled with your ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, will be essential in this role. Collaborating with the creative team to develop visually compelling content and ensuring the highest standards in all your work will be your top priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and manage high-quality illustrations and animations for digital channels with a strong aesthetic and design oversight. - Recommend and develop creative communications, from initial design concepts to final sampling. - Conceptualize and develop motion graphics, explainer videos, and character animations for marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing specialists to align animations with campaign objectives. - Maintain quality checks on all pieces and ensure timely delivery of assets for multiple projects. - Develop storyboards, conceptualize animation sequences, and edit projects based on feedback. - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in animation and design. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns. - Capture high-quality videos and assist in video shoots for various marketing purposes. - Create short-form video content for showcasing services, company culture, and promotional activities. - Assist in developing brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all animations and illustrations. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-2 years of experience in animation and motion graphics. - Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and other design software. - Strong knowledge of the animation production process, including storyboarding and video editing. - Excellent illustration skills with attention to detail and design aesthetics. - Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and creating engaging content for marketing purposes. - Strong conceptual thinking and ability to create visually striking layouts and compositions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment. - Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. - Experience in creating explainer videos and character animations is a plus. - 3D knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. - Ability to learn and handle multiple tasks effectively.
