Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Anaesthesia professional to join our team as a Senior Resident in Anaesthesia. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with an MD in Anaesthesia.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality patient care and management in the anaesthesia department.
  • Assist senior consultants in planning and implementing treatment plans for patients undergoing surgery or other medical procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest developments in anaesthesia techniques and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new protocols and guidelines for anaesthesia practice.

Job Requirements

  • MD in Anaesthesia from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of anaesthetic principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures related to patient safety and quality improvement.
