You will be responsible for the following as an Engineer: - Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. - Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. - Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. - Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment. - Participate in educational opportunities & read professional publications. - Protects operations by keeping information confidential. - Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. - Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. - Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. Skills required: Must have - Extensive knowledge and understanding of Kotlin. - Strong knowledge of Android concepts - Coroutine, LiveData, ViewBinding, DataBinding, and Work manager. - Proficient in Jetpack compose for building native UI. - Experience creating and working with Room Database. - Knowledge of MVVM (Model View ViewModel) & MVC architecture. - Strong knowledge of MultiThreading. - Experience working with third-party libraries and REST APIs. - Experience working with Firebase for Authentication, Analytics & Cloud messaging, etc. - Proficient in code versioning tools including Git. Good to have - Familiar with continuous integration to avoid bugs and maintain quality consistency. - Knowledge of Android back-end services. - Basic knowledge about the creation and function of web socket connection. - Basic knowledge of Twilio on Audio & Video, and willingness to learn more. - Basic knowledge of cross-platform framework e.g. Flutter and willingness to learn more.
