Android Developer

About This Role:

• We are looking for a skilled Android Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications targeted at a wide range of Android devices. Your primary focus will be building high-quality Android applications and integrating them with back-end services.
• You will collaborate closely with other engineers and developers across different layers of the infrastructure. A strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving, thoughtful design, and delivering high-quality products is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, scalable code
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable applications using Kotlin and Java
• Ensure optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Identify performance bottlenecks and fix bugs efficiently
• Integrate Android applications with back-end services via APIs
• Maintain code quality, structure, and automation best practices
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• MSC / MCS / MCA / BCA / IT
• M.Sc IT
• B.Tech (Computer Science / Electronics
• Any equivalent IT qualification

Technical Skills:

• strong knowledge of the Android SDK, Android OS versions, and device compatibility
• Experience handling different screen sizes and device configurations
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for backend integration
• Strong understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance optimization
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Proficient understanding of version control systems such as Git
• Solid understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
