Anaplan Model Builder

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Translate requirements into robust Anaplan models and solutions.
Lead/participate in end-to-end Anaplan implementations, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Ensure models are scalable, optimized, and aligned with Anaplan best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, IT) to deliver business planning solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, data flows, and integrations.
Support ongoing enhancements and end-user training.

Required Skills & Experience

3 to 8 years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience.
Strong understanding of Anaplan formulas, functions, modules, lists, and dashboards.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Anaplan implementations.
Familiarity with integrations (Anaplan Connect, APIs, ETL tools like Informatica/SnapLogic).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong domain experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Workforce Planning (any one preferred).

Certifications (Preferred)

Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder (mandatory).
Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder (mandatory).
Anaplan Solution Architect (preferred, highly valued).
Master Anaplanner (a strong plus).
