Anaplan Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Interact directly with clients to understand their needs - Translate existing solutions and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models - Analyze customer needs, design, configure, and test customer solutions - Mentor Analysts and provide assistance with configuration reviews - Contribute to project and team documentation - Deliver Anaplan training to clients - Stay updated with the latest Anaplan technologies and best practices Qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Modeling Experience in Anaplan (with exposure to a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan) focused on FP&A, SCM, or SPM use cases - Experience with enterprise performance management, digital transformation, and cloud-based analytics strategies (preferred) - Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment - Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet modeling, formulas, and functions - Ability to innovate, drive change, and solve complex business problems - Excellent communication skills with the ability to switch between technical and business topics - Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model Additional Company Details: Spaulding Ridge is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that values diversity and fosters a culture of trust and belonging.
