As an Anaplan Associate at Spaulding Ridge, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most well-known organizations to solve business challenges through Enterprise Performance Management. By joining our Anaplan Delivery Team, you will play a crucial role in implementing Anaplan solutions for Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales, while also having the chance to enhance your Anaplan expertise through recognized certifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interact directly with clients to understand and extract their needs - Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models - Analyze customer requirements, design, configure, and test solutions - Mentor Analysts with domain knowledge and configuration questions - Deliver Anaplan training to clients - Stay updated with the latest Anaplan technologies and industry best practices **Qualifications:** - 5-7 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Modeling Experience in Anaplan - 4+ years of hands-on modeling experience in Anaplan projects - Experience in FP&A, SCM, or SPM use cases - Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet modeling and functions - Ability to innovate, drive change, and solve complex business problems - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model - Excellent communication skills At Spaulding Ridge, we believe in providing innovative opportunities for our employees to make a meaningful impact on our clients.
