As a Strategic Analytics Leader at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the global analytics roadmap for Talent Supply Chain. Your responsibilities will include: - Define and execute the global analytics roadmap for Talent Supply Chain in collaboration with the Global Talent Data and Analytics lead. - Translate business needs into data strategies that drive measurable outcomes. - Partner with regional TA hubs across North America, Europe, IBIOL, APAC, MEA, and Business Solutions to align on metrics, reporting standards, and insights. - Act as a central point of coordination for global TA analytics initiatives. You will also be responsible for Advanced Reporting & Insights: - Build and maintain executive dashboards and predictive models using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel. - Deliver actionable insights on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, diversity hiring, on-time hire, CPH, and candidate experience. - Ensure data integrity across systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and CRM platforms. - Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices. Additionally, your role will involve Innovation & Automation: - Lead automation of reporting processes and explore AI/ML applications in recruitment analytics. - Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative analytics solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in business analytics, with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics. - Proven experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-regional collaboration. - Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Excel. - Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS platforms such as Workday and SuccessFactors. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, HR, or a related field. Preferred Attributes: - Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning in HR. - Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). - Ability to influence senior leadership through data storytelling.
