Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the global analytics roadmap for Talent Supply Chain in collaboration with the Global Talent Data and Analytics lead. - Translate business needs into data strategies to drive measurable outcomes. - Partner with regional Talent Acquisition hubs across different regions to align on metrics, reporting standards, and insights. - Act as a central point of coordination for global Talent Acquisition analytics initiatives. - Build and maintain executive dashboards and predictive models using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel. - Provide actionable insights on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, diversity hiring, on-time hire, CPH, and candidate experience. - Ensure data integrity across systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and CRM platforms. - Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices. - Lead automation of reporting processes and explore AI/ML applications in recruitment analytics. - Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative analytics solutions. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in business analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics. - Proven experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-regional collaboration. - Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel. - Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) platforms such as Workday and SuccessFactors. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, HR, or a related field.
