As an Analytics Associate Consultant at Blue Matter, you will collaborate with senior team members to tackle crucial business challenges in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Your role will involve researching and analyzing data sets to uncover key insights, opportunities, and threats. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that drive client impact. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in advanced analytics within the Life Sciences/Pharma domain to design custom solutions and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research and analysis of data sets and information sources - Extract critical insights and identify opportunities and threats - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions and deliver impactful results - Utilize advanced analytical techniques to perform in-depth analysis in the Life Sciences/Pharma sector - Create visually engaging analytical tools and solutions for clients Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in Analytics or as an Associate Consultant in analytics - Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Alteryx, R, and Python - Familiarity with PowerPoint and data visualization tools for presenting insights - Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in global cross-office teams - Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech/BS (Statistics) from a reputable institution - Master's degree in MTech/MS (Statistics) from a reputable institution is preferred Join Blue Matter Consulting as an Analytics Associate Consultant and contribute to driving success in the biopharmaceutical industry with your analytical expertise and innovative solutions.
