Tech Manager - Insights & Analytics

As a Technical Leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, developing, and supporting a diverse suite of applications. Your expertise will be crucial in leading the design of secure and scalable software architectures, as well as developing data processing engines capable of handling large volumes of data. You will be driving the development of web-based platforms dedicated to healthcare analytics, and championing the adoption of best practices in software development, database management, and analytics implementation. In addition to your technical leadership responsibilities, you will also be instrumental in team building and mentorship. Your role will involve recruiting, onboarding, and cultivating a high-performing technical team. By mentoring team members and fostering skill development in coding, software architecture, and data visualization tools, you will contribute to promoting a collaborative and innovative team culture within our organization. Furthermore, your engagement with clients will be essential as you provide technical insights during discussions and presentations. Working closely with stakeholders, you will refine technical solutions to align them with business goals, ensuring a seamless integration of technology and strategic objectives. Key qualifications for this role include proficiency in leading the design of secure and scalable software architectures utilizing a wide range of technologies such as AWS/Azure, Docker, React.js, Node.js, Hasura, APIs, Microservices, Django, Flask, terraform, and more. Your hands-on experience in data analysis and software engineering, along with expertise in Python and other coding languages like SQL, R, or JavaScript, will be highly valued. Experience in web-based dashboard development using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom frameworks, as well as familiarity with US-based pharma clients and datasets, would be advantageous. Leadership and management skills are essential, with a strong emphasis on building and managing technical teams, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset. A preferred experience of 8+ years in technical roles as a Solutions Architect or a similar position would be beneficial for this role.
