Analyst/Senior Analyst

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst at Agoda based in Bangkok, Thailand, you will have the opportunity to work within the Supply Analytics team, collaborating with partners to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. You will play a crucial role in identifying new partners, cultivating relationships, and managing day-to-day interactions. Your responsibilities will include translating briefs into analytical projects, utilizing data analysis for business stakeholders, driving growth opportunities, automating operational processes, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refining initial briefs, working through hypotheses, and storyboarding outputs. - Use and analyze data from large-scale warehouses, present statistically strong analysis to stakeholders. - Proactively identify growth opportunities within supply and the wider business. - Drive new analytical initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and shape Agoda's supply. - Identify and lead projects to scale up data leverage within the Supply organization. - Automate manual operational processes and report on time savings through business operations modernization. Qualifications Required: - 3-5+ years of experience as an Analyst in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI. - Advanced working knowledge of SQL. - Strong expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Excel, Python (or R). - Bachelors degree in a quantitative subject. - Understanding of statistical modeling or machine learning techniques. - Experience in A/B testing experimentation and providing business recommendations. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership. - Ability to build innovative solutions within resource and time constraints. - Superior communication skills and data-driven decision-making. - Comfortable in fast-paced environments, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.,
