Analyst - VMF

Role Overview: As an Analyst VMF at Flex in Chennai, your role will involve learning all the processes in Treasury, maintaining records, and creating journals for bank account transactions. You will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations, consolidating funding requests for FX conversions, managing manual documents, and maintaining trackers with proper approvals. Additionally, you will maintain a daily productivity log and provide timely reports to Team Leaders/managers on policy maintenance. You should be willing to work in a complex environment with strict project deadlines and handle any other responsibilities or projects assigned by the Team Leader or Management. Key Responsibilities: - Learn all the processes in Treasury. - Maintain records and create journals for bank account transactions. - Perform bank reconciliations. - Consolidate funding requests for FX conversions. - Manage manual documents and maintain trackers with proper approvals. - Maintain a daily productivity log. - Provide timely reports to Team Leaders/managers on policy maintenance. - Handle any other responsibilities or projects assigned by the Team Leader or Management. Qualifications Required: - B.COM / BBA (Finance) / M.COM / MBA (Finance) with at least a 60% aggregate score is preferred. - Good understanding of MS applications at a basic level. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. - Good analytical skills and ability to work as a team player. - Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict project deadlines.
