As a User Experience (UX) Designer at H.E. Services, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative solutions for a wide range of product platform design challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to craft satisfying and compelling experiences for users across various interfaces and environments. Here is a breakdown of your role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions for a variety of product platform design challenges, including mobile, desktop, hardware interfaces, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions. Your goal will be to ensure that websites, software programs, and product platforms are not only appealing but also easy for customers to use. You will work on new experiences and improvements of existing ones by developing and maintaining detailed user-interface specifications. Additionally, you will advocate for design solutions based on various inputs and present your work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create innovative solutions for a wide variety of product platform design challenges - Craft satisfying and compelling experiences for users by drawing on user research and workflow analysis - Monitor user experience and ensure that websites, software programs, and product platforms are user-friendly - Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications for new experiences and improvements - Plan and define strategies for future iterations or sprints, iterating on multiple interactive design solutions - Advocate for design solutions based on business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings - Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps - Present design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback **Qualifications Required:** - 1+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role - Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment working with developers for implementation of designs - Familiarity with wireframing software such as Figma, Uizard, Microsoft Visio, Adobe InDesign, or Axure - Knowledge of design programs and tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and InVision - Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design - Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques - Experience in HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus Additionally, as a UX Designer at H.E. You should demonstrate strong creative, technical, and problem-solving abilities, and have the capacity to interact and collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization. Your role will require you to be self-directed yet collaborative, showcasing creativity, passion, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new technologies. **Education:** A science background is preferred, with concentrations in visual design, communications, computer science, or related fields considered a plus.
