Accounting and Audit Support:
Have substantial experience in the preparation of financial statements and managing comprehensive audit processes. Have a background in handling financial statements, statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing reporting. Conduct monthly flux analysis and communicate findings to the Country Controller. Collaborate with different teams to provide insights on complex accounting matters. Support the business and functional for all accounting and other related questions and discussions. Review general ledger accounts to ensure their accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Collaborate with the business team to provide essential financial information that aids in decision-making. Provide projected financial data to support various business requirements. Ensure to comply with all the applicable KCA's in your domain.Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting efforts. Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate budget inputs. Analyze variances between actuals and budget/forecast, providing actionable insights.Financial Analysis
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of cost recorded to support strategic initiatives. Provide decision-making support through financial modeling and scenario analysis. Present findings and recommendations to management. Prepare MIS reports for senior managementACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
: Qualified Chartered Accountant or relevant qualification with 3-4 years of experienceExperience / Skill Sets
Sound knowledge of India GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS/IndAS Understanding of Tax Provisions and Corporate Law related matters Previous experience in Accounts Finalization Having worked on any M&A/Business Restructuring Projects (Added advantage) Analytical and problem-solving skills Verbal and written communication skillsKey Core Competencies
Sound knowledge in Financial Accounting, Auditing MS OfficeKnowledge Of SAP/any Other ERP Is Preferred
