Analyst, ServiceNow

As a ServiceNow Administrator at Bain & Company, you will play a critical role in both implementing new modules and maintaining/improving existing modules. Working closely with internal customer teams, you will understand business needs and recommend solutions, configuring the platform accordingly. Your responsibilities will include extending Bains emerging ServiceNow platform, implementing critical new capabilities, and developing necessary extensions. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining and optimizing the ServiceNow implementation through system administrator duties, ensuring stability and usability across environments. It will also be crucial for you to stay current on Bains utilization of ServiceNow and changes to those products due to upgrades, and assist with knowledge transfer within Bains ServiceNow team and lead knowledge transfer with internal customers. To qualify for this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with 2-4 years of IT support experience preferred. An Associate's/Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required. You should possess strong logic, analytical, and technological skills, along with excellent communication and customer service abilities. Demonstrated ability to learn and troubleshoot independently, understanding and modifying JavaScript, and experience with client-side and server-side scripting are essential. Having ServiceNow Certified System Administration & ITIL certification would be a plus.
