Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Global Marketing team, supporting Demand Generation. This role focuses on lead assignments, managing, automating and optimizing the quality of data in Salesforce, and executing email campaigns in our marketing automation tool. The Analyst will play a key role in helping the marketing team execute high-impact campaigns and generate a qualified pipeline. It will assist the marketing team in maintaining a clean marketable database and the sales team in maintaining their territories' data up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and assign leads timely and accurately in Salesforce.com and other lead platforms/inboxes
  • Maintain Salesforce and Marketo databases: deduplication, data standardization, appending contact and firmographic details
  • Execute email campaigns with the global marketing team
  • Generating ad-hoc reports based on regions, departments, and titles to support the global marketing team in running the online campaigns through Marketo.
  • Conduct secondary research to enrich database records with verified information
  • Work with sales teams and enterprise practices to provide relevant data
  • Help the sales teams to have accurate data in Salesforce for their territories; setup reports to provide them with insights in their territory activity
  • Recommend automation solutions to enhance team productivity and efficiency
  • Understand the business and various functions of the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and privacy compliance standards

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM: lead/contact management, reporting, and campaign setup
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formulas
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in Marketo (a plus): engagement programs, lead lifecycle, A/B testing, CRM integration
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of HTML (a plus)
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing operations and sales processes

Relationship Management

  • Serve as a first-level QA for marketing campaigns and database tasks
  • Maintain regular communication with global stakeholders in marketing and sales
  • Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across functions
  • Take ownership of your development and evolve into the teams Salesforce, Zoominfo and Marketo subject matter expert
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
