Analyst - ROI Quality

As an Analyst ROI Quality, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of transactional processing within the organization. You will collaborate with the Quality Manager to design a Quality Management System that standardizes and documents all processes. Key Responsibilities: - Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of ROI processing activities, identify errors, and recommend corrective actions. - Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in processing workflows. - Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on quality metrics, analyze trends, and document findings for management review. - Collaboration: Work with various teams to resolve issues and implement quality initiatives. - Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices. - Staying Updated: Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies related to healthcare operations. Skills Required: - Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions. - Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of US healthcare claims/data processing is advantageous. - Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and management.
