Role Overview: Nua, a venture-funded direct-to-consumer brand in India, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Product Analyst. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, organize, and analyze product and customer usage data to support informed decision-making by product management and executive leadership. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product features and contribute to the growth of Nua's online presence. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and analyze product and customer usage data to support decision-making - Build and monitor customer data dashboards, identify patterns, and set alerts - Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering team for successful product feature execution - Work with marketing and category teams for regular updates on the Nua website - Compile reports on feature requests and upcoming launches for internal stakeholders - Liaise with the Product team to set clear objectives and measure against KPIs Qualifications: - 1-3 years of prior experience in Product Analytics or Product Operations - Strong logical thinking capabilities and comfort working with numbers - Proficiency in working hands-on with APIs and JSON text format - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams - Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables - Passion for womens wellness industry and category,
