Analyst - Power BI & KPI Dashboard

Role Overview: As an Analyst in Power BI & KPI Dashboard at our global energy company, you will be responsible for developing and managing interactive Power BI dashboards, tracking operational KPIs, analyzing key supply chain metrics, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data consistency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track operational KPIs across materials planning, inventory, product delivery, and procurement. - Automate data pipelines to ensure dashboard accuracy, timeliness, and usability for leadership and stakeholders. - Monitor and analyze key supply chain and materials management KPIs, providing deep-dive analysis and generating regular reports and presentations for management reviews. - Work closely with Product Lines across the globe, translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards, and support stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis. - Validate and cleanse large datasets from ERP/MRP systems, ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity, and develop data definitions and reporting standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or supply chain analytics, preferably in manufacturing or Oil & Gas equipment. - Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Row-Level Security), proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ERP/MRP systems. - Good understanding of KPIs related to materials management, supply chain, and production planning. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Desired experience in Oil & Gas equipment or Subsea manufacturing is beneficial. - Exposure to global product lines and multi-location operations is an advantage.
