Analyst Network Operations Center-1

As a NOC Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing our 24/7 Network Operations Centre. Your expertise in application and infrastructure monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Thousand Eyes, Nagios, Datadog, OpManager, and AWS CloudWatch will be essential for ensuring the performance and availability of our critical applications. Your responsibilities will include ensuring continuous coverage of the NOC, monitoring and maintaining application performance using various tools, leading incident response efforts, and documenting network configurations and procedures accurately. You will also be responsible for performing system health checks, certificate management, and troubleshooting issues related to application performance, network connectivity, and server infrastructure. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a 24/7 NOC or IT operations role. Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Thousand Eyes, knowledge of network protocols and server infrastructure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
