As an Analyst, MDM and Process Support at Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will be an integral part of the Data Quality, PLM, SIOP team. Your role will involve supporting the business by creating and extending material records in the Glasswing system with accuracy and compliance. You will also be responsible for performing mass updates and changes in the SAP system to maintain data integrity. Collaborating with data stewards to identify and rectify data quality issues will be crucial to ensure high standards of data accuracy and reliability. Additionally, you will develop and implement automation rules to enhance efficiency in data management processes. Proficiency in SAP, Glasswing, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint Software is highly desirable for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create and extend material records in the Glasswing system with accuracy and compliance. - Perform mass updates and changes in the SAP system to maintain data integrity. - Collaborate with data stewards to identify and rectify data quality issues. - Develop and implement automation rules to enhance efficiency in data management processes. - Develop and maintain a Power BI Dashboard and ticket manager in SharePoint. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Data Management. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Engineering with proven Experience in Master Data creation/extension/updating process. - Experience with Glasswing or similar material management systems. - Strong understanding of SAP, PLM, and data management principles. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. - SAP Certification is a plus. - Basic understanding of automation tools and scripting languages.
