Analyst- MDM

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining product master data and enterprise product hierarchy within Eatons Product Data Hub. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the hierarchy is accurate and up-to-date to maintain a high level of product data quality, consistency, and completeness for various digital and eCommerce initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the enterprise product hierarchy across MDM system and platforms. - Create and update product hierarchy to accurately reflect product categorization and business alignment. - Associate products correctly to the hierarchy and ensure consistency across multiple systems. - Collaborate with product line teams to align on hierarchy structure and product-to-hierarchy mapping. - Work closely with finance teams to ensure current and accurate product hierarchies in financial systems. - Write, edit, and manage a significant volume of product information including descriptions, attributes, and content. - Identify inconsistencies in product information and standardize through enterprise governance processes. - Provide tactical assistance to Product Lifecycle Management in enterprise/business systems. - Implement and manage MDM processes to ensure data integrity and consistency. - Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain high-quality master data. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and health requirements for global product data. - Collect, organize, and enter detailed attribute information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define MDM requirements and standards. - Utilize Product Data Hub tools to build a centralized product database. - Monitor and report on MDM metrics for continuous improvement in data quality. - Collaborate with technical teams for system improvements and integration testing. Qualifications: - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or similar field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Data Management and Analysis. Skills: - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. - Proficiency in Master Data Management tools like PIM, Product data management, and hierarchy management. - Experience in Advanced Excel is required. - Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is beneficial. - Familiarity with Stibo is a plus. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player. - Drive for results, problem-solving abilities, and change management skills. - Business acumen and commitment to personal development. - Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to contribute to the group's success. - Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a high-pressure environment, and attention to detail. - Analytical and critical thinking skills.,
