Analyst, Material Business

Role Overview: As a Sr. Materials Business Analyst at HARMAN Automotive, you will play a crucial role in providing process and system support to internal and external IT customers. Your responsibilities will include supervising SAP Key Users, defining configuration specifications, and playing a key role in project management. Your expertise will contribute towards advancing in-vehicle infotainment, safety, efficiency, and enjoyment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide process and system support to internal and external IT customers. - Guide and assist functional users with SAP system usage inquiries, subject matter expertise, and enhancement requests. - Supervise activities and projects owned by the SAP Key Users. - Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. - Play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial setup to final delivery. - Collaborate with customers to analyze requirements and map them into SAP processes. - Lead sub-process workshops to define overall requirements and functional design. - Oversee full implementation lifecycle including realization, design, testing, documentation, and training. - Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks affecting the SAP application and business data integrity. - Define, analyze, and update processes from the Materials organization including Customer Service, Material Planning, Warehouse Management, and EMS. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP system MM, WM, and SD modules Certification. - Strong integrity, innovation, inclusion, teamwork & respect, and excellence. - Degree in Engineering, International Business, Finance, or Administration. - Experience in the automotive industry. - Ability to work under stressful conditions. - Proficiency in English (90% reading and writing for fluid presentations).
