As an IT systems analyst specializing in Warehouse Management, your role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Warehouse Management IT systems, specifically focusing on Outbound processes in Manhattan Associates Active platform (MAWM). Your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful customization, deployment, and maintenance of MAWM solutions to enhance warehouse operations efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for MAWM Outbound processes. - Manage development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of MAWM systems. - Build and optimize a Global Center of Excellence for solutioning, testing, configuration, and deployment support. - Provide training and support for effective adoption and utilization of MAWM solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MAWM configuration. - Collaborate with IT, operations, and third-party vendors for seamless integration and operations. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within MAWM solutions. - Advise the business on new technical capabilities and ensure delivery of desired IT solutions. - Ensure compliance with project delivery methodologies and promote continuous improvement. - Stay updated with developments and best practices in MAWM and warehouse management systems. Qualification Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). - 7+ years of experience in supply chain with specialization in WMS applications. - 5+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations, focusing on Outbound processes. - Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain, and warehouse management systems. Preferred Certifications: - MAWM Level 1 & 2 - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - Lean Six Sigma - ITIL, ITSM Certifications In addition to the technical skills required for this role, you should possess certain behavioral skills such as decision making, coaching & mentoring, multitasking, planning, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Power BI), programming languages (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL), and CRM Platforms (SAP, Salesforce) will be beneficial for successful performance in this position.
