Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. The Motor claims

Team registers, verifies and evaluates motor claims and makes necessary payments. These cases will include Glass damages, Marten damages, Parking damages, Malicious damages and Collision damages. 3rd Party Liability damages (MFH) and Hail damages (As additional support depending on business priorities)

  1. The Assistance claims

Team registers, verifies, and evaluates claims and make the necessary payments, in both STRADA and Intertours policies. These include travel assistance, travel annulation, replacement vehicles, vehicle breakdown and consecutive expenses (Such as hotel, train/buses, taxis, etc.)

  1. The Household Glass

Claims team registers, confirms and pays household claims of fixed and movable glass articles in homes. Glass tops of tables, windows, doors, basins, WC closets, Glass mirrors, granite table tops, kitchen platforms etc. are covered under household glass insurance

  1. The Household team

    registers and renames documents related to theft, water damages, 3rd party, fire and natural calamity, home assistance claims.
  2. The HAAR team

    registers, notify and pays claims of mobile phone devices, TVs, laptops and notebooks.
  3. CH Info Box -

    The customers or new potential customers who want to know more about AXA products, policy features or general information write mails to a generic inbox. These emails are worked upon by AXA BS or routed to correct department in Switzerland.
  4. MTLA - Motor Total Loss Auction team

    is a team in AXA Switzerland whose core responsibility is to auction the motors that are insured with AXA Switzerland Motor Insurance (Property & Casualty). The auction of Motor is only done when there is a Total Loss. Total Loss is when the repair cost of the Motor (involved in an accident or calamity) is more than the sum assured. In that case AXA Switzerland buys the insureds motor and pays off to the Insured a lump sum amount post which the motor is put on Auction for Garages/clients that are tied up with AXA for repairs. This auction is done on an Auction Tool, which the garages have access to and are displayed by onshore team through pictures.

  • Ability to work in big teams.
  • Processing and meeting the daily targets and maintain high quality standards.
  • Ability to Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency & gain productivity.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate /Postgraduate
  • Intermediary (B2.2) Level knowledge of German Language

Soft skills required:

  • Good communication and strong interpersonal
  • Good time management skills
  • Expertise in Excel & Power Point
  • Team player and ability to work closely with onshore team/ supervisors.

Technical skills required:

  • Excellent spoken and written German skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance business would be an added advantage.
