Analyst-FTS

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting periodic reviews to fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements in accordance with client policies. Your primary objective will be to meet targets for productivity and quality. You will manage your own pipeline and incorporate feedback from approvers who oversee the quality checking of cases. Key Responsibilities: - Work diligently to maintain high standards of quality while performing corporate renewal reviews for KYC due diligence. - Familiarize yourself with client policies, procedures, and their implications on client delivery. - Understand the information and documentation requirements for corporate structures in the KYC context, including evidence requirements. This necessitates a deep understanding of various corporate structures such as privately owned or public companies, trusts, and partnerships. - Be proactive in reviewing and following up on referrals and queries. Identify situations that require escalation to a Subject Matter Coach (SMC)/Subject Matter Expert (SME) or directly to the client. - Efficiently manage your caseload throughout the entire end-to-end process in a timely manner. - Monitor your actual performance against the plan and make decisions to ensure that business objectives are consistently met. - Source data from multiple sources/systems and accurately transfer it to the primary system.
