Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis - Reporting and Analysis

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and P&L reporting. Your expertise in financial analysis and proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools will be crucial for analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making. Additionally, your ability to manage stakeholders effectively will ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Generating accurate and timely P&L reports for senior management review - Utilizing BI tools to create dashboards and visual representations of financial data - Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide relevant financial information - Keeping abreast of developments in public markets to make informed recommendations Qualifications Required: - Strong background in FP&A and financial analysis - Proficiency in BI tools for data visualization and analysis - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with public markets and their dynamics It is recommended to have experience or knowledge in investment performance, private markets, cash flow analysis, and corporate finance to excel in this role.
