Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records including

  accounts payable, receivable, bank statements, and invoices

• File

  GST returns

  and handle

  ITC reconciliation (GSTR2B vs GSTR3B), and Books vs GST returns reconciliation

• Ensure timely compliance with

  SEZ

  and

  STPI

  regulations
• Assist in

  budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

  activities
• Ensure adherence to

  financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies

• Liaise with

  vendors, clients, auditors

  , and other internal/external stakeholders
• Provide support during

  internal and statutory audits

• Contribute to the

  improvement and implementation

  of financial systems and processes
• Assist in executing

  financial strategies and operational efficiencies

Qualifications Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in

  Finance, Accounting

  , or a related discipline
• Proven experience as an

  Accounts Executive

  or in a similar finance role
• Strong knowledge of

  financial principles, TDS, GST

  , and related compliances
• Familiarity with

  SEZ/STPI compliance

  procedures is a must
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP

  and/or

  Oracle Fusion

  is highly desirable
• Advanced skills in

  MS Excel

  and other MS Office tools
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and

  fluency in Kannada and English

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Tools Systems:

• Tally ERP / Oracle Fusion / Similar accounting platforms

• Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation Templates
