Analyst – Fdx

Location:

Personiv, an eClerx Company, Tidel Park, Coimbatore

Shift:

Night Shift (Work from Office)Responsible for researching and updating mailing addresses and phone numbers for return packages by analyzing API data. Unresolved cases are to be transferred to the calling team as per defined guidelines.
