Analyst

• Ensure all the IT assets are recorded and tracked

• Ensuring that all transactions related to asset management are updated in Asset Management Tool

• Manage spare IT assets and its utilization

• Perform Good Receive Notes and verification of assets at the time of asset delivery

• Ensure all the assets are appropriately bar-coded with unique IDs

• Identify and Initiate Asset disposal as per norms

• Manage Software Inventory

• Manage Assignment / Revoke of assets.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Asset Management Tool.

• Ensure inventory of IT assets is maintained and updated at regular intervals

• Enhance availability time of the asset to business operation

• Manage IT asset replacement, warranty management, movement etc.

• Review and Audit asset Inventory on a regular basis

• Manage intra-Location, inter-Location asset movements

• Working experience on creating asset reports

• Allocate seats to users

• Keep Tracking on seat utilization

• Working experience on creating seat allocation reports

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Should work independently and ensure smooth operations.

• Interacts with concern teams to resolve daily adhoc requests.

• Should open to work in rotational shifts.
