Job Description

As an Application Support Analyst at TMF Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting digital operations tools and related applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing daily activities and operations of the application support team. - Collaborating with vendors and TMF Internal integrated teams for 3rd level support and L2 support. - Supporting applications used in the Digital platform team and ensuring timely responses and resolutions to requests. - Setting priorities, coordinating work activities with peers and Manager, and resolving day-to-day technical and operational application support problems. - Following ITIL processes, TMF's best practices, and guidelines. - Demonstrating characteristics such as self-motivation, attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment. - Attending internal and vendor-facing meetings as required. - Contributing to the Application support document library. - Liaising with the TMF Internal IT team to gather necessary information about applications. - Analyzing, designing, and improving application support processes. - Generating and maintaining end-to-end Application Support documentation with a focus on timely and high-quality delivery. - Being flexible in working hours to support application users globally in rotational shifts. - Utilizing the ITIL framework in day-to-day support activities. - Understanding clients" needs and priorities. - Supporting and training new team members. Key Requirements: - Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming. - Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services. - Experience in data analysis and related solutions. - Developing, implementing, and optimizing stored procedures and functions using T-SQL. - Reviewing and interpreting ongoing business report requirements. - Building appropriate reporting deliverables. - Analyzing existing SQL queries for performance enhancements. - Developing procedures and scripts for data migration requests. - Assisting the team in enhancing their knowledge of SQL queries. - Demonstrating a sense of ownership, pride in performance, and understanding of its impact on the company's success. - Possessing strong problem-solving skills.
