Key Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and manage data for the preparation of bookkeeping and financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows Analyze bank transactions and process them on accounting platforms or Excel Process invoices, expenses, and various financial transactions Understand and handle accrued and prepaid expenses, fixed asset register, and revaluations Manage and analyze cash, capital, and dividend movements Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including inter-company transactions Exposure to trial balance finalization Prepare and report periodic management accounts under multiple GAAPs, including IFRS and US GAAP Handle payroll accounting, journal entries, and VAT/GST calculations and returns Resolve queries from onshore teams, clients, auditors, and directors Qualification and Experience: CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or similar finance/accounting qualifications 05 years of experience in accounting, preferably with IFRS or US GAAP exposure Skills Required: Strong accounting knowledge Excellent understanding of journal entries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt Flexibility for extended and weekend working hours Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Good written and verbal communication Knowledge of capital markets, derivatives, private equity, and hedge funds
