Analyst - Collection

As a part of WPP, a global creative transformation company, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing accounts receivable. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts receivable. - Initiating collection calls and emails to customers with overdue accounts. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities. - Providing regular updates and reports to management on collection status, aging reports, and risk accounts. - Escalating delinquent accounts as necessary, including recommending legal or recovery action. - Adhering to company policies and legal requirements in all collection activities. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum Graduate with 3-5 years in Collection. - Energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere to deadlines in a timely manner. - Strong communication skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Self-motivated and well-organized with strength in prioritizing. - Flexible attitude to achieve results and remain calm under pressure.
