Analyst - AO Business Strategy & Execution

You will be responsible for managing automation projects to streamline processes and enhance productivity at the AO Hub Business Office. Your main tasks will include analyzing financial data to identify trends, providing actionable insights to optimize workflows, and driving efficiency through process innovation. You will play a key role in improving operations by uncovering trends in data and developing tools to enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, you will be tasked with building high-quality dashboards, tools, and reports for the AO Business Office Leadership, overseeing the analysis of large datasets, creating meaningful metrics to support finance-related decisions, streamlining and automating existing processes and reports, and providing ad-hoc support to the AO Business Office Centralization team. - Manage automation projects to streamline processes and enhance productivity - Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights - Drive efficiency through process innovation - Build high-quality dashboards, tools, and reports for AO Business Office Leadership - Oversee the analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights - Create meaningful metrics to support finance-related decisions - Streamline and automate existing processes and reports - Provide ad-hoc support in AO Business Office Centralization team finance processes - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Dashboard Designs, or related area of study - 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role focusing on finance and accounting - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Expertise in Power-Bi, PowerApps dashboard development - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strict attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Familiarity with writing complex queries and procedures using traditional and modern technologies/languages (i.e. SQL, VBA, Python, Spark, etc.) - Familiarity with various parts of the data ecosystem preferred - Ability to design data/technology solutions connecting business processes with quantifiable outcomes - Ability to automate manual reports and processes to improve operational throughput - Experience in building predictive models and analyzing results for dissemination of insights to United leadership - Design meaningful metrics indicating operational health and informing operational decisions,
